A synopsis of the Maamar  in Torah Ohr

The struggle between Jacob and an angel is symbolic of the struggle between Good and Evil. Evil itself has no independent life and exists by living off the scraps, as it were, of the G-dly life-force channeled to Good,  how could Evil could struggle for supremacy with Good at all: this should be impossible?
The answer  in  that  G-d transcends any distinction between Good and Evil. G-d could just as easily have created a world in which what we know as Evil is superior to what we know as Good. Evil sought not merely to challenge Good, but to challenge the very Divine plan by which Good is superior to Evil in the first place.
The correspondence between G-d's attributes and the major sections of the human body are symbolic  of the truggle between Jacob and the angel in which each embraced and tried to  topple the other .

ספר ברית מנוחה itself is a 14th century work of Kabbalah  which deals with names of angels and their role in the Universe.  The Arizal writes that  Rabbi Avraham of Rimon (hence Mirimon) Granada, Spain was a great and trusted  sage from an earlier era and that Eliyohu HaNovi was the source of the revelations in it.  The “Limudei haAtzilus” says that “all of his words stem from Ruach HaKodesh.” In his Sefer “The Paradise"  R' Moshe Cordovero writes that “certainly these are words of Kabbalah transmitted from face to face or from the mouth of a malach (angel)…it’s a wondreous comprehension with Divine Inspiration.”

In ספר ברית מנוחה he writes that  “ in all the workings of Hashem, the ninth level is the choice level and is superior to the third, the seventh, and the tenth level.  And at the ninth were Bnei Yisroel answered at the Sea. And the ninth hour is an hour of rejoicing, blessing, and happiness which is the time of Mincha which is when Eliyohu HaNovi was answered.”

“The Ninth Sphere is more choice than the Tenth because the Tenth does not impact Creation the way the Ninth does.  This is because the influence of the Ninth on all things unfolds in such a way that from within emanates the source of influence and illumination that draws from the source of tranquility contained in the Ninth.  And this is accomplished effortlessly  from the source of the Tree of Life….and  the Great Supernal Sabbath is the source of our Torah which has the superior qualities of the Ninth. Whoever is born in the 9th year of the Jubilee, in the 9th month, on the 9th day,  and in the 9th hour…  will begin to sprout like a plant..thus he undoubtedly will rise to kingship… because  the 9th is  superior to them all…”

"The ninth hour is a time of celebration and rejoicing, it is the hour of Mincha. The ninth year of the Jubilee is the chosen,  and the ninth month (Kislev) is the month of goodness and desire, and the ninth day of the ninth month is the choicest day from all the rest of the days of the month, and the ninth hour of the ninth day of the ninth month is the most chosen".
This was written by R. Avraham Marimon HaSfaradi in  ברית מנוחה. R. Avraham Azulai wrote in חסד לאברהם, "I saw in ברית מנוחה that the ninth month in the ninth day on the ninth hour is a time of great success and the reason for this is because it is the ninth wheel of the Yesod and is a pipe of abundance".
The Ramban writes that the ninth year of the Jubilee, on the ninth month, on the ninth day, in the ninth hour is a time of Special Will.
The exact time (in Israel) is Thursday, 9th of Kislev bet. 1:43PM and 1:56PM (the flyer in 770 has 2PM-3PM in NYC)  It's a rare opportunity and a time of will when all the gates of Shamayim are open to ask for yeshuois, Geula,  and one's needs.
Say some or all of the following: Hallel, Pitum Haketores 3 times, Tikkun Haklali, Perek Shira, Tehillim.
P.S. the name R.  Avraham Marimon resembles Nariman as in the Nariman House where the Holtzbergs were murdered, HY"D a year ago,  today...

This past  Sunday there was the largest ever Hachnosas Sefer Torah in  Lakewood where thousands of  guests were addressed by speakers including the mashgiach of Beth Medrash Govoha, Rav Matisyahu Salomon.
Rav Matisyahu mentioned a dream that he had recently in which Rav Aharon Kotler zt”l appeared to him and said that if he agreed to stay in Lakewood, his rebbetzin, who was very ill,  would  have a refuah sheleimah and both would greet Moshiach.  He agreed and the rebbetzin recovered miraculously. Rav Salomon said that we’re living in Moshiach’s times and it’s crucial for everyone to realize that.
